Membership

The Krewe of Petronius is the oldest LGBTQ Mardi Gras krewe in the World. Established in 1961, it is considered the "Grande Dame" of Mardi Gras. Please review the responsibilities and benefits of each level of Krewe membership and indicate on the online form which level you would like to join at.

Associate Krewe Member

  • Annual dues are $175.00 per year.
  • This is a non non voting membership level.​
  • Can participate in the Bal Masque with a minour costume.
  • Number of tickets determined by the Ball Captain.

Elevated Krewe Member

  • Annual dues are $1000.00 per year.
  • This is a voting membership level.
  • No assessments for events if under $50.00.
  • Receives ten (10) invitations to the Bal Masque.
  • Ball table located on the floor of the event space.
  • Participation in the Bal Masque with a major costume.

Regular Krewe Member

  • Annual dues are $400.00 per year
  • This is a voting membership level.​
  • Receives a ball table located within the venue.
  • Participation in the Bal Masque with a major costume.​
